Garden Plot Gleaning

This event is outdoors.

When: Monday, October 19, 2026 from 8:00 am - 11:00 am

Who: Volunteers must be 15 years old. Volunteers 14 yrs old and younger may volunteer alongside a parent/guardian. Groups are welcome!

What: Volunteers will be collecting the remaining vegetables throughout the Ron Ory Community Garden Plots. Tasks may include walking through the plots, lifting and collecting produce in buckets or wheelbarrows, sorting the vegetables, removing wood stakes, etc. 

Halloween Happening

This event is outdoors.

When: Sunday, October 25, 2026 from 12:15 pm - 4:30 pm

Who: Volunteers must be 14 years old (a high school freshman). Volunteers 13 yrs old and younger may volunteer alongside a parent/guardian. Groups are welcome! 

What: Volunteers may assist with leading activities, managing bounce house entrances, litter picking and more! Family friendly costumes are encouraged!

Pumpkin Smash

This event is outdoors.

When: Saturday, November 7, 2026 from 8:00 am - 12:30 pm

Who: Volunteers must be 15 years old. Volunteers 14 yrs old and younger may volunteer alongside a parent/guardian. Groups are welcome!

What: Volunteers may assist with directing traffic, carrying pumpkins, weighing pumpkins and greeting guests! This event is rain or shine and volunteers will be on standing for the majority of this opportunity. 

Donuts with Santa

When: Saturday, December 5, 2026 from 8:15 am - 12:15 pm

Who: Volunteers must be 14 years old (a high school freshman). Volunteers 13 yrs old and younger may volunteer alongside a parent/guardian.

What: Volunteers will be helping with visits to Santa, general set-up and clean-up of the event, leading games/activities and serving food. Holiday attire is encouraged!

Skating with Santa

When: Saturday, December 5, 2026 from 11:15 am - 1:15pm

Who: Two volunteers are needed. Volunteers must be 14 years old (a high school freshman). Volunteers 13 yrs old and younger may volunteer alongside a parent/guardian.

What: Volunteers will assist with checking in participants and welcoming families to skate with Santa! Volunteers do not need to ice skate to volunteer.
