Are you looking for a fun, unique, and affordable party experience? The Naperville Park District has everything you need to make your child’s birthday special for them and easy for you! Please click on the links below for party descriptions.

All party prices include cake from Naperville’s own DeEtta’s Bakery. Cake options include cupcakes, a giant donut cake, or a chocolate chip cookie cake. Jet’s Pizza can be ordered through the Party Coordinator for an additional cost.

 Parties take place on Saturday & Sunday. You may register at any time; parties must be reserved a minimum of two weeks in advance. Days and times are subject to availability.

Party Options and Pricing

Gymnastics Party
Enjoy our gymnastics center while your child jumps, dives, and tumbles on our tumble track, foam pit, and gymnastics equipment. For 15 participants including the birthday child. Up to five additional participants may be added for $10 each. Located at the Fort Hill Activity Center. Ages 4-12. This party is 1.5 hours. 
Fee is $230(R)/$260(NR).

The Fort Party
Enjoy exclusive use of our 4-level indoor playground. Climb through the tubes, zoom down the slides, and more! For 15 participants including the birthday child. Up to five additional participants may be added for $10 each. Located at the Fort Hill Activity Center.  Ages 5-10. This party is 1.5 hours.
Fee is $230(R)/$260(NR).


Sports Party
Come play your favorite gym games or sports on our courts. For 15 participants including the birthday child. Up to five additional participants may be added for $10 each. Located at the Fort Hill Activity Center.
Ages 7-12. This party is 1.5 hours.
Fee for a 1.5 hour party is $230(R)/$260(NR).
Fee for a 2 hour party is $280(R)/$310(NR).


Gymnastics, Fort, & Sports Parties include:

  • 1 hour of exclusive use of the Gymnastics Room, Fort Indoor Playground, or gymnasium
  • 30 minutes in a multipurpose room for cake
  • Two party hosts that run activities
  • Tablecloths, paper products, utensils, drinks, and candles
  • Dessert provided by DeEtta’s Bakery
     
Block Party featuring LEGO®
Let your imagination run wild with LEGO®! Try your hand at building sky scrapers, vehicles, boats, towers, bridges, and more with our huge collection of LEGOs®! Your party guests will enjoy this LEGO® extravaganza with endless creative possibilities. Themed invitations are available upon request. For 15 participants including the birthday child. Up to five additional participants may be added for $10 each.  Located at the Fort Hill Activity Center. Ages 5-8. This party is 2 hours.
Fee is $250(R)/$280(NR).

Party includes:

  • Exclusive use of our entire collection of LEGOs®
  • Two party hosts that run activities
  • Tablecloths, paper products, utensils, drinks, and candles
  • Dessert provided by DeEtta’s Bakery
     

Chef Party
This hands-on party takes place at the 95th street professional teaching kitchen. The little chefs will decorate cloth aprons to wear, make and eat their own pizza, make a fruit dip, play chef-themed games, and decorate cupcakes. Themed invitations are available upon request. For 15 participants including the birthday child. Up to three additional participants may be added for $10 each. Located at the 95th Street Center. Ages 4-10. This party is 2 hours.
Fee is $280(R)/$310(NR).

*Please note that this party is not in a nut-free facility and we cannot guarantee the products used in this party are nut-free.

  • Chef aprons
  • All ingredients for pizza and fruit dip
  • Two party hosts that run all activities
  • Commemorative group picture

Time
Sunday 1:00-3:00 pm

Due to space limitations, we ask that only a minimum number of parents stay.
In order to ensure a fun and memorable party for the children, parents are welcome to wait in the lounge on the second floor or parents can pick up their children within 10 minutes of the conclusion of the party.


Princess Tea Party
Enjoy a royal celebration while creating fun memories. Guests can dress as their favorite princesses and enjoy a tea party complete with a light snack, “tea,” and dessert! Guests will be swept away with games, dress-up, painted nails, and crafts. Themed invitations are available upon request. For 15 participants including the birthday child. Up to three additional participants may be added for $10 each. Located at the 95th Street Center.
Ages 4-8. This party is 2 hours.
Fee is $280(R)/$310(NR).

  • Princess crafts for guests to take home
  • Commemorative group picture
  • Two party hosts that run activities
  • Tablecloths, paper products, utensils, drinks, and candles
  • Dessert provided by DeEtta’s Bakery

Princess Package Upgrade: Have a Real Princess Come to Your Party!
Make your child's Princess Tea Party even more magical! A princess will come dressed up to your party for 45 minutes to dance, take pictures with guests, have tea, and do a special craft. Your little princess will never forget this enchanting birthday celebration. Princesses available: Snow White, Belle, Cinderella, Elsa, and Princess Aurora (Sleeping Beauty). Fee is $75.

Pottery Party

Have your next group outing or birthday party at the Park District's pottery studio! Guests will work with clay to create a project especially designed for your group of up to 12 people. One of our studio teachers will be your instructor and host. All clay, tools and glazes are included. Groups will be responsible for their own project pick up and distribution. Parties must be booked at least two weeks in advance. Please call 630-848-3619 to book your party today. Cupcakes or a cookie cake are included with the price of the party.

On Wednesday, Nov. 2, 2011 Naperville Park District officials heard the good news for which they have been waiting for many months: the District has achieved national accreditation through the National Recreation and Parks Association (NRPA).

The decision was announced at the NRPA national conference in Atlanta following a formal hearing before the Commission for Accreditation of Park and Recreation Agencies (CAPRA).

Naperville is only the second park district in Illinois to earn this distinction and the 104th nationally accredited agency in the nation; there are more than 10,000 recreation agencies in the United States. The Commission for Accreditation of Park and Recreation Agencies accredits a handful of park agencies each year that have completed a multi-step process involving a self-review by the agency, a site visit, and an evaluation and formal report by the Commission.

“We are extremely proud to bring this honor to Naperville,” said Park District Executive Director Ray McGury. “It’s an affirmation of our high standards and also an encouragement to continue bringing high quality recreation and parks experiences to our community.”

The Park District’s accreditation process began approximately one year ago and included an extensive self-evaluation by staff and a 5-day visit from CAPRA reviewers this past July. Maintaining the accreditation requires annual reports and 5- and 10-year reviews.

Park District staff members noted that the CAPRA process has helped them see the big picture, focus on long term goals and plans, review plans more regularly, organize documents so that they are accessible and useable, and collaborate more effectively with other departments and outside organizations.
