Naperville Park District to Celebrate the Opening of Naper Commons Park on July 11

Naperville Park District invites the community to the opening celebration for the District's newest park, Naper Commons, located at 2323 Weatherbee Lane. This location is a neighborhood park, serving the new Naper Commons subdivision in northeast Naperville. The opening celebration is set for 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 11 and will include a brief ribbon-cutting ceremony, refreshments, and an opportunity for children to explore the new playground. The park also includes a basketball court, a shelter, an amphitheater and open space.

In the event of inclement weather, the playground celebration will be rescheduled for 5:00 p.m. on the following day, Wed., July 12. Residents can check the Cancellations and Closures tab for the latest updates at napervilleparks.org/cancellations.
