Santa’s Naperville Workshop and Santa’s Hotline Registration Begins October 21

Tuesday, October 7, 2025

Registration for two popular Naperville Park District holiday events, Santa’s Naperville Workshop and Santa’s Hotline, begin on Tuesday, October 21 at noon for residents. Nonresidents can register starting Thursday, October 23 at noon.

Santa’s Naperville Workshop, presented by Woody Buick GMC, is held at the Paddleboat Quarry Rentals building, located at 441 Aurora Avenue, from December 1-21. Santa is coming to Naperville, and families have an opportunity to take their children for a short visit and a photo with him in his magical workshop.

Advanced reservations are required and made online at www.napervilleparks.org/santasworkshop. Fees are $10 per family for residents and $15 per family for nonresidents. When registering, families can choose one of the available time slots. Please note, up to four families may be registered for the same time slot. There will be no on-site registration, and walk-ups will not be accommodated. Due to the popularity of the event and the limited number of available spots, families are encouraged to register early.

Additionally, Santa’s Workshop will host a Pet Night on Tuesday, December 2, Special Needs Nights on Wednesday, December 3 and Thursday, December 4, and Military and First Responders Night on Wednesday, December 10. Registration for those events begin online on Tuesday, October 21 as well.

The Park District also offers Santa’s Hotline – an opportunity for children to receive a personal phone call from Santa Claus or Mrs. Claus. Children will be addressed by name and can share their gift ideas with Santa Claus or Mrs. Claus, creating a magical and memorable conversation for each child. Santa’s Hotline calls are free, but registration is required per family beginning Tuesday, October 21 at noon. Registrations are made online at www.napervilleparks.org/santashotline. Calls will take place on Wednesday, December 10 between 6:00-8:00 p.m.
