Park District to Host Halloween Happening on October 26

Halloween Happening, presented by Woody Buick GMC, is scheduled for Sunday, October 26 from 1:00-4:00 p.m. at the Riverwalk Grand Pavilion, located at 912 Honorary Sindt Memorial Court. This is a free event designed for children ages 10 and under. Attendees can enjoy fun Halloween-themed activities and games where they can collect treats and win prizes. Additionally, there will be a separate area for toddlers ages 5 and under called Tot Town. A Kona Ice truck will be on site as well.

Halloween Happening was created with children ages 10 and under in mind. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for our youngest participants, we ask attendees to follow the costume guidelines below:

• Costumes must be family-friendly and cannot offend community standards for lewdness or obscenity
• Costume masks must allow for clear peripheral vision and have openings so the eyes can be fully seen
• Costume props or accessories that resemble or could be mistaken for real weapons are not permitted
