Naperville Park District and KidsMatter Co-Host 2026 Community Job Fair

Who: Job seekers, ages 15 through adults of all ages, have the opportunity to connect with representatives from Naperville area businesses and the Naperville Park District regarding employment opportunities. The annual Community Job Fair is co-hosted by the Naperville Park District and KidsMatter and sponsored by Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce, Nicor Gas, Career Networking Center, and Rotary Club of Naperville Sunrise.

What: This free event is designed to help job seekers explore full-time job openings, part-time positions, and seasonal work directly from the organizations offering them. In addition to speaking directly with hiring managers about specific job openings, attendees can utilize the “Career Center” to have their resume reviewed, participate in mock interviews, receive financial literacy coaching and visit with industry experts. This year, the KidsMatter High School Board will host two interactive panel discussions with business professionals across the 7 Illinois Career Pathways.

When: The Community Job Fair is Saturday, January 3, 2026, from 10:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.

Where: The event is held at Fort Hill Activity Center, located at 20 Fort Hill Drive, Naperville.
