Important Information Regarding the March 6 Spring Program Registration

On March 6, we began our online registration process for the spring season. Unfortunately, it did not go as planned and we apologize for that. The Park District uses ACTIVE Net – a third party registration software, which experienced issues with performance; we currently are working with our ACTIVE Net representatives to understand what occurred and why, and to remedy the issue. It is important to note that the Park District has not implemented a new queueing process for registration, nor are the issues related to the new napervilleparks.org website introduced late last year. We understand your frustration as we are very frustrated as well. It is always our goal to provide an easy, stress-free experience when it comes to registering for our programs.

 Our customer service team is in the process of returning all messages received earlier today via email and phone concerning today's registration.

 Again, we apologize for a frustrating experience this morning and thank you for your patience and understanding.
