Fort Hill Wellness Series presents “Nutrition†on January 9

The Fort Hill Wellness Series continues into the new year with its next topic addressing nutrition on Tuesday, January 9 at 7:00 p.m. at Fort Hill Activity Center located at 20 Fort Hill Drive. The seminar features Candace Lawrence, L.Ac from Naperville's Trager Healing Center.
In this installment, Candace will dive into the art of nourishing both body and mind through her wealth of knowledge in nutrition. With holistic strategies, lifestyle choices and a healthy food balance, attendees can kick off 2024 by embarking on a journey focused on health and nutrition.
"I firmly believe you must look at the whole individual to make a proper assessment of one's health," said Candace. "Let's embark on a journey together towards a more vibrant and fulfilling chapter of life."
Candace is an expert nutritionist with credentials from Drake University, DePaul University, and Midwest College of Oriental Medicine. She combines Eastern acupuncture with Western science-based education to serve her patients.
The program is for participants ages 15 and older; attendees need to register through the Naperville Park District. Fort Hill Fitness members must register in person at Fort Hill Activity Center or by phone at 630-995-8900 to attend the seminar for free. Nonmembers need to register online at www.napervilleparks.org by clicking "Register Online" and searching for "Wellness Series" or course code 90177. Nonmember fees are $5 for Naperville residents and $8 for nonresidents.
