Volunteer coach Bryan Duncan gives tips for youth sports coaches and explains why he has loved coaching multiple teams over the past 10+ years.

"One of the lessons I've learned is that in soccer in particular, the coaching happens really on the sideline and sitting down. So my wife bought me a bench, and I use it to this day, it's kind of beat up, and the kids all know what it is. The idea is that you sit there and if a kid made a good or bad play, you wait until they are subbed out or at halftime and then encourage them the best you can." - Bryan
