2025 Pennies for Pies Donations Helped Fund 130 Pumpkin Pies to Loaves & Fishes

Naperville Park District thanks everyone who contributed to the 2025 Pennies for Pies drive, conducted throughout November, to provide pumpkin pies for the annual Thanksgiving meal initiative through Loaves & Fishes Community Services.

Preschool students, Park District employees, and many generous Naperville residents made cash donations, including small change, at several Park District facilities; online contributions were also accepted on the District’s website. The donations totaled $1,045.82, which helped fund the purchase of 130 pumpkin pies for Loaves & Fishes Community Services to include in their holiday meals for community members in need. Remaining donations were allocated to the Park District’s Fee Assistance Program to help fund recreation opportunities for Naperville residents in need.
