Fort Hill Fitness Member Challenges

Details

  • 28-day fitness challenge that will run from January 13 - February 9
  • Open to fitness members only
  • It is FREE to register - but you must sign up at the main service desk at Fort Hill
  • Each week you will enter your miles on the tracking chart in the fitness center.  If your miles are entered by the end of day, Monday, you will be entered in a weekly drawing for a small prize
  • At the end of the challenge, all participants who completed 112 miles on the bike and 26.2 miles running/walking will be entered in a drawing for a NutriBullet Blender!

FAQ's

Do miles need to be completed at Fort Hill?

- Your miles can be done at Fort Hill, outside, or at home.  As long as you are getting your miles in, we don't care where you do them!

Do miles in cycle classes count?

- Taking a cycle class at Fort Hill?  You bet those miles count!

Can I do elliptical instead of running/walking?

- If that is what works best for your body, then you bet.  Completing your miles on the elliptical is allowed.

Do I have to put my miles on the chart by a certain time to be entered in the drawing?

- Yes.  You need to have your miles entered on the chart by the end of day Monday (for the previous week) in order to be entered in the weekly prize drawing.

What if I can't get to Fort hill to enter my miles in time?

- No problem!  Email your miles to Kristina McGrath (kmcgrath@napervilleparks.org) and she will enter them for you.
