Park Maintenance-related Notification System
Do you have a concern about a maintenance-related issue in one of our parks? Residents and park visitors are encouraged to use the Park District's maintenance matters notification system. Submit park maintenance concerns by using this link. All requests submitted are assigned a ticket number so their status can be tracked.
For non-maintenance-related concerns, please call the Park District's main number at 630-848-5000 or send an email to info@napervilleparks.org. For non-emergency enforcement issues, please call the Park Police Officer On Duty at 630-601-0925. For emergencies, always call 9-1-1.
