Maintenance Matters
Park Maintenance-related Notification System
Do you have a concern about a maintenance-related issue in one of our parks? Residents and park visitors are encouraged to use the Park District's Maintenance Matters notification system. All requests submitted are assigned a ticket number so their status can be tracked.
For non-maintenance-related concerns, please call the Park District's main number at 630-848-5000 or send an email to info@napervilleparks.org. For non-emergency enforcement issues, please call the Park Police Officer On Duty at 630-601-0925. For emergencies, always call 9-1-1.
