Get Started on your Fitness Goals Today. We can Help!

It takes a lot of courage to step into a new gym for the first time.  Our staff is here to help ease the transition.  Our fitness attendants know how all our machines work – if you don’t know, please ask them!  They are always ready to help. Need assistance getting into a routine?  We have awesome personal trainers that can assist you with that. Did you know that we offer over 50 group exercise classes a week?  Our instructors are top notch, and love having new faces in the crowd!  If you have gotten started at Fort Hill, you have already cleared the biggest obstacle.  The next obstacle to tackle is making it a habit.  Try coming at least 3 or 4 times a week for the next month.  Once you start the habit, your body will thank you!
