Frontier Sports Complex - Pickleball Court Development

A total of six (6) dedicated pickleball courts are being built on the east end of Frontier Sports Complex. Construction began in the fall 2022 and will be completed by summer of 2023. Remaining items to be completed are the seal coating of the courts, net and site furniture installation.

At its March 10, 2022 meeting, the Naperville Park District Board of Commissioners approved the name, “Rothermel Family Pickleball Courts” for the new courts planned for Frontier Sports Complex. The name is in recognition of a $100,000 grant given for the construction of the courts through the Rothermel Family Fund of DuPage Foundation.
