Experience a full-body workout using the most powerful piece of equipment you own - your body! This outdoor class blends strength training, functional movement, core stability, and cardio intervals designed for all fitness levels. Participants will move through dynamic circuits including squats, lunges, planks, mobility drills, and low-impact conditioning exercises, all while enjoying the fresh air. Participants will focus on building strength, improving balance and endurance, and increasing confidence through simple, effective movements. Bring yourself, a mat, and water, we will provide a fun and empowering workout. This event is free, but registration is required.
