Dinosaur bones have never been found in Illinois but scientists think they lived here. Learn what dinosaurs have been found in the U.S., along with the prehistoric animals that have been found in Illinois, through fun hands on activities, games, crafts, books, and more! Please note, this program will include some dinosaur replicas but no actual dinosaur bones.

• Designed for families with children ages 4-10, but all ages welcome.
• Free drop-in program
• Self-guided activity stations
• No registration required
• At least one adult must attend with each family
• Located in the River Room (classroom)
  • Monday - Friday, 9 am - 12:30 pm & 1:30 pm - 4 pm
  • Saturday, 9 am - 2:30 pm
