The 10 for 10 Fitness Challenge


Challenge details:
Over the course of 10 days (not including weekends), we will be releasing a 10-minute on demand video each day.  Each video will be a snapshot of one of our group exercise classes:

  • Body Combat
  • Yoga Chi
  • Low Impact
  • Total Body Conditioning
  • Barre Burn
  • Core and Strength
  • Body Jam
  • Flow Yoga
  • Functional Interval Training/Strength and Motion Gold
  • Stretch

A new 10-minute challenge workout will be uploaded on the NaperParks app each day.  YOU MUST TAKE THE CLASS THAT DAY.  You can take the class at any time that is convenient for you that day between 5:00 am - 10:00 pm.  If there is a day that two 10 for 10 classes are loaded – you only need to take one.  We may offer two options for varying fitness levels.

Complete the challenge by completing each 10-minute workout during the 10 days Monday, September 9-Friday, September 20.  

Anyone who completes the challenge (takes all 10 classes) will be entered in a drawing for a prize.  You must make a reservation in the Naperparks app to get the link to the virtual on-demand class every day.  No challenge classes on the weekend.  Classes will only be up for one day!
