Billy Croft and The 5-Alarm brings the best of country rock to May Watts Park July 18
Naperville firefighter/country musician to perform in the Park District’s free concert series
The Naperville Park District’s Concerts in Your Park series will feature Billy Croft—one of Naperville’s own— at 7:00 p.m. this Sunday, July 18 at May Watts Park, located at 800 Whispering Hills Drive.
Billy Croft, a Naperville firefighter since 1995, combines his commitment to public service with a love of music to perform for the community. His band, Billy Croft and The 5-Alarm, will present favorites from the Eagles, Kenny Chesney, Elvis Presley, the Beatles, Aerosmith and others flavored with their own “red hot smokin” country rock sound.
Everyone is invited to bring lawn chairs and blankets for a Sunday evening of musical entertainment. Cold Stone Creamery ice cream will be available for purchase and prizes will be awarded at the end of the event.
This free event is made possible through sponsorships by Continental Motors of Naperville and Jackson Moving & Storage. “We are happy to support these fun, outdoor events,” said Sabrina Erskine of Continental Motors. “We hope that families will take advantage of the opportunity to relax and enjoy upbeat music in a beautiful park right in their community.”
