4th and Goal: former pros bring football’s best lessons to boys age 5-12
New summer camp begins July 26; register at the Naperville Park District
Even with summer in full swing and the World Cup dominating sports news, the American sport of football still captures the imagination of prospective players. Boys ages 5-12 who are looking forward to playing football this fall can enroll now in a new 4th and Goal Football Skills and Leadership Development Camp.
This new, 4-day camp will be held the week of July 26 at Commissioners Park on 111th Street in southwest Naperville.
Coaching staff includes former pro and college players from 4th and Goal.
”This camp is designed to integrate the fundamentals of football while utilizing the game as a vehicle to instill values, character, respect, self-confidence,” said Creig Federico of 4th and Goal. “Each athlete will walk away with principles and concepts they can apply toward their success on and off the field. It will be a fun, exciting learning environment".
Additionally, an age-specific practice plan geared to each player’s cognitive and motor-skills capacities will be used.
