Naperville Park District Gets Ready to Wrap Up Night at the Movies Series

Who: The Naperville Park District invites families and community members to the remaining “Night at the Movies,” outdoor movie presentations. Attendees are welcome to bring their own folding chairs, blankets and snacks. Sponsors for the series includes Edge Music Academy, Lotus Bloom Psychology, Frey Orthodontics, and Encore Memory Care.

What: “A Night at the Movies” is an annual, free series of family-friendly movies hosted outdoors in Naperville parks. The series began in early August and will conclude in October. The final four movies are Lilo & Stitch (2025) and Zootopia 2, as well as Homeward Bound: The Incredible Journey, and Shrek, both of which were rescheduled from their original date due to inclement weather. Attendees are also welcome to arrive an hour before the show to play bingo.

When: Lilo & Stitch (2025) will be shown on Friday, August 28 at 7:45 p.m.

Zootopia 2 will be shown on Friday, September 18 at 7:15 p.m.

Homeward Bound: The Incredible Journey will be shown on Friday, September 25 at 7:00 p.m.

Shrek will be shown on Friday, October 2 at 7:00 p.m.

Where: Lilo & Stitch (2025), Homeward Bound: The Incredible Journey and Shrek will be shown at 95th Street Community Plaza, located at 3109 Cedar Glade Drive.

Zootopia 2 will be shown at Rotary Hill, located at 443 Aurora Avenue.
