2026 Naperville Men’s Amateur Championship Hosted at Naperbrook and Springbrook

Over 150 golfers gathered at Naperbrook and Springbrook Golf Courses on Saturday, July 18 and Sunday, July 19 to compete in the 2026 Naperville Men’s Amateur Championship. This event is a part of the 2026 Brooks Tournament Series, presented by Woody Buick GMC. Amateur male golfers at least 18 years of age with an official USGA handicap were eligible to compete in this tournament. Golfers were divided into six flights based on their handicap. The top golfers of each flight are as follows:

Brandon Burggraf from Geneva was crowned the Naperville Men’s Amateur Champion with a 2-under par total of 142. Naperville natives Eddie Ricketts and Seshadri Sundaram finished atop the D-Flight and E-Flight respectively.

“Heat and humidity dominated for round 1 at Naperbrook on Saturday, and play was suspended for approximately an hour due to heavy rain,” said Naperbrook Head Golf Professional Joel Wallin. “However, great weather was on tap for the final round, and the tournament wouldn’t have been a success without the efforts of the great staff at Naperbrook and Springbrook Golf Courses.”

The next event of the 2026 Brooks Tournament Series is the Springbrook Women’s Invitational on Monday, August 10. Registration for the event is in progress at www.golfnaperville.org.
